Order Information

• Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive.

 

• International Mail and Priority Mail services may require extra transit times and may take up to 28 days to complete delivery.

 

• international Economy packages are delivered using the postal service of the destination country.

 

• When choosing Mail for orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, the estimated arrival time will take at least 14 days for Transit.

 

• Please  note that once your order has been placed it will go straight through to production. 

 

• Normal production times are 3-5 business days after your order has been placed.

 

• Once your order has completed the production stage it will then be released from the facility ready to ship.

 

• Books are printed at printing facilities around the world. This means, when you place your order, we print it. While this process is very efficient and environmentally friendly, it can take just a bit more time before your order ships.
